Anyone starting a new fitness program wants to SEE how their body and mind will be better for dedicating time and effort into their fitness. We want to SEE the results we are working so hard for.
We know that CrossFit brings fast results. After your first few weeks you will see a change. Whether it be a smaller waist size, a little tricep poking out or better range of motion. But then hang on, we want more!
After your first month or two you see different results like sleeping better and less headaches! Then our results get retested and we have made huge leaps and bounds towards strength, flexibility and endurance. Suddenly you have forgotten how sore you were after leg day and all you can think about is coming to CrossFit and chasing those gains, those weight losses, your friends in workouts and a better quality of life.
