CROSSFIT

CrossFit incorporates high intensity, constantly varied, functional movements! Cardio, weightlifting, strength and gymnastics. This classes eliminates routine and will challenge you every session. This class is fully scalable, so regardless of whether you have been exercising regularly or just beginning, this class will get you fitter, stronger and faster.

CROSSFIT SWEAT

Just like a regular Crossfit class but no barbells or high skill gymnastics movements. Just like it says its 1 hour of a great sweat!!

OPEN GYM - BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

This is a great time to work on your weaknesses, increase your strength, work on technique or do some extra mobility/stretching. We offer open gym every morning and afternoon so you can come into the box and work on these. These classes always have a coach present to guide you if required but are not under instruction.

RUN CLUB 

Our run club on Saturday morning is super popular with any level of runner welcome. Fully programmed with time trials, short interval training, longer runs and beeps tests you will be fitter and running faster in no time.

WEIGHTLIFTING

Want to become stronger?, want to lift some weights? Train in our weights only weightlifting class. Learn how to optimise your technique to lift heavier and safer than before! stick to these sessions to become super strong!

CF30

Our new 30 minute fitness session, Light weights, fast cardio, HIIT and EMOM style. Add one of these sessions to your CrossFit each week to improve your cardiovascular fitness, lose weight and get ready for summer! This class can be done in addition to your CrossFit sessions.

LITTLE LIFTERS (KIDS CROSSFIT)

Kids should be moving everyday, and what a fun way to introduce them to functional movement and play. Perfect for 5-10 year olds our 45 minute sessions teach kids balance, coordination, speed, mobility and agility plus they get fit and string while they do it! BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL

ROMWOD

Range of movement workout of the day - our 20 minute ROMWOD class runs every day at 8.30. Increasing your range of movement can boost your performance by generating power and efficiency of functional movement through improved posture and positioning. 

 

 

 

FREE CONSULTATION

You will come in for your free 60 minute consultation with your new coach! You will meet your coach at a scheduled time, you will tour the facility, be explained what we offer and how our program works, set your goals, talk about your current nutrition, complete a mobility and fitness test to get the best program for you and ensure you see the results you are after. Love what you have heard from your coach today? You will then book in for your 3 session beginners course with your coach. Your coach will book your next 3 sessions today and you will choose your best suited beginners membership.

Pregnancy 

Have you spoken to your midwife, GP or Obstetrician about the benefits of training while pregnant? Some will say its imperative to help reduce labour time and recovery post-partum. Others will recommend that you keep up your training regime. If your not sure about how effective your activity is for helping with childbirth, we can help you not only train safely but understand why you are feeling and moving differently, why you shouldn’t be doing much pressing work and mainly reduce the effect that childbirth can have on your body.

CrossFit Moreton Bay has developed A pregnancy program to help you feel better, stay healthy and recover faster. We don't isolate you from the class, but your training program is specific to the goals of training whilst pregnant.
