2 simple tips to help you find time to workout

 

1. PLAN YOUR DAY.

It might sound simple but it really works, write down what you will be doing for the day and prioritise what is important to you. Make sure you cover HEALTH, WEALTH and RELATIONSHIPS. Leaving out one will surely let the other one suffer. Building a routine will then become habit.

2. GET STARTED.

Now comes things like doing the washing, training or whatever might be the hardest task of the day. Just get started and you will flow onto the next task. Procrastinating is not resting its just time wasting. Building a visit to the gym into your daily schedule will take the getting started out of it. Coming straight from work or on the way to work will get you on your way and thats the hardest part done.

Don’t lose sight of what is important to you. You started a fitness journey once and stayed on track. Everyone wants to live a longer healthier lifestyle, but constantly find excuses to neglect it.  Prioritise your health. Get to the gym and shop for healthy food before its too late and you wish you had.

We all find it hard to prioritise sometimes but planning your day, committing to yourself and staying on track will see you succeed.
