Start your CrossFit Classes

You are now ready to jump in ot your regular crossFit classes - on your way to becoming Amazing.

 

Strength

Here at CFMB we get strong. Whether you are young or old lifting weights has been proven to increase metabolism, improve posture and reduce stress

 

Small fun class sizes

Nothing worse than working out with 30 or 40 people with no individual attention - our class sizes average 8-16 athletes to gain the maximum benefit from our coaches

 
 
 

Gymnastics

Learning how to use your body is one of the fundamental things we teach you at CFMB. It doesn’t matter if you cannot do one push up - everything is scaleable and our coaches are always on hand to help.

Fitness

Getting Sweaty - we call it a MET-CON, short for metabolic conditioning. This is where we run, row do burpees and more to increase our cardiovascular fitness. Want to be healthier? Get that heart rate up.
