I’ve been a member of Crossfit Moreton Bay since July 2022 I moved across from doing regular HIIT classes for years as I needed a bit more support in managing a few injuries. The team of coaches at CFMB are extremely knowledgeable, supportive and help me scale any of the workouts as needed to help me feel like I’m still accomplishing the workout. The community of members at CFMB are your accountability buddies it doesn’t matter what class you show up to. there’s always a great vibe, some fun characters and lots of laughter amongst the huffing and puffing and ‘holy sh*t’ moments! When you are talked through the demo of the workout for me personally I wonder if I’ll get through it but you do because you have people cheering you on and the mental focus to get it done. I’ve made some amazing friends out of my time with CFMB and they are the reason on days when I don’t want to show up I just do! I’ve recently stepped into the world of ‘comps’ and this was very new scary territory for me. I smashed some of the workouts and approached others with more trepidation but as a group we all got it done and the camaraderie was fantastic. I surprised myself! The owners of the box have supported me through some challenging times and this is simply human kindness at its best. If you’re looking for a new training environment where you can fit in with ease, you can achieve goals you can get fit, strong mentally and physically, then I highly recommend you come down and have a workout with us. You won’t regret it.

I’ve been a member with CFMB for 3 years now and had stated having no idea what CrossFit was. Working with the team to improve my fitness and lifting abilities has been amazing. The coaches have been exceptionally supportive and have been great in correcting my lifting techniques and pushing me to my limits.
The CrossFit community has been amazingly motivating in continuing to train with Cfmb and has encouraged me to compete in competitions such as fittest in the yard and push me out of my comfort zone.
CFMB isn’t just a community it’s a family that always supports you whether it’s in the gym or not. I’ve been fortunate enough to have the amazing support of CFMB while dealing with mental health issues and the passing of family members but one thing that’s never changed is the love and support from CFMB family.
Brett and Jess have grown an exceptional club that can help anyone young or old improve their fitness in a social and encouraging environment. If you’re looking for a gym that’ll push you to your limits and encourage you to be the best version of yourself then Cfmb is definitely the place for you.

Six months ago, my doctor recommended that I lose weight, increase my muscle mass, and improve my cardiovascular fitness. After decades of a sedentary lifestyle, I knew I needed support and coaching to achieve these goals. I contacted Brett at CrossFit Moreton Bay (CFMB) and started my CrossFit journey. I made an initial commitment to attend CFMB three days a week. My recovery from the workouts improved with time and I approach my workday now with greater energy compared to the time when there was no CrossFit workout in my day. Brett and the other coaches are excellent instructors who create a friendly environment that focuses on safety and adjusts the workout to suit every individual’s capability. The support from the community of CFMB athletes and the coaches has helped me to stay motivated and achieve my goals. I have decreased my body weight by 5kg and reduced my waist size by two inches. My strength has increased over the last six months and my body composition has changed for the better. My health has improved, and my doctor was impressed with my progress at my last appointment. I’ve found myself doing things I never expected – like participating in Crossfit competitions, and working out when I am travelling to keep up with my fellow gym members. My wife and daughter have also started at CFMB to achieve their personal goals. I have found a new community, a new set of friends, and a new outlook on my health and fitness – thanks Brett and the CFMB coaches.

I’m a 51 year old bloke that first joined CFMB two years ago with the goal to be fitter turning 50 than I was turning 40.
I’ve never done gym or CrossFit before, so was sceptical about what benefits it would have, but it turned out to be the best decision I ever made. The Coaches are awesome and actually guide you through every step with support and encouragement.
There are no egos, and everyone is supportive and encouraging.
Getting fit is no magic pill, you have to put in the effort to get results out, but CFMB helps hold you to account to achieve your goals.
When I started training I was a bit broken but my pain from age and old injuries disappeared after a while and it was very unexpected.
If you have a goal to get fitter so you can keep up with kids and tone down the dad (or mum) bod plus feel better about yourself and have more energy , I strongly recommend you chat to the crew at CFMB of Brett and his team

Having a sedentary job and being a diabetic was not a good mix and throw in being overweight it was a recipe for disaster. I saw the ad for the 6 week challemge and just knew that i had to do it. I lost over 50cm off my body in 3 months and i cannot believe how great i feel. I train at least 4 mornings a week with the greatest motivating supportive group of people with the same common goal - to be a better version of themselves and to help others achieve the same. Great friends, great coaches, great environment. Thank you all CFMB -
