Why is my program the same as everyone else's?

So your chipping away at your WOD (Workout Of the Day), and you start to see someone creeping up on you. It's Jane and she has just overtaken you and started her kettle bell swings and she is absolutely flying!

So you’re thinking to yourself man, I think I’ve gone too heavy for my swings because I definitely won’t catch her now……..

OK.  Heres the thing, for starters you shouldn’t be looking at Jane, people will start talking and secondly even though the workout is the same on the board, she has scaled it to fit her needs, ability and probably her mood knowing Jane.

So don’t compare yourself to athletes doing different weights or reps. The important thing is you are getting the desired outcome of that session and the program as a whole.

What we are getting at is that our program is broad, inclusive for everyone and extremely scaleable for all levels of fitness. Which means whether you are:

  • A hardcore competing athlete
  • Regular Gym Goer
  • Athlete/Gym Goer recovering from injury
  • New mum post childbirth 
  • Mum ready to get fit again
  • Dad needing to get back into it
  • Students just finished school
  • Grandparents needing energy to run after the grandkids

or even

  • Just here for the social scene,  the program will suit YOUR needs.
