CFMB CLEAN & LEAN 8 WEEK CHALLENGE

Our Clean & Lean 8 Week Challenge is here to get you off to the best possible start in 2016. It’s hard work finding the balance between eating right & training with the busy lifestyles we all live. This challenge is designed to get you back on track, be held accountable, make you feel good about yourself, feel energised, strong, fit and help you achieve your goal body. 

What Do You Get?

90 Minute Nutrition & Wellbeing Seminar - Based around the importance of nurturing all aspects of wellness, nutrition, meal planning, label reading, meal and snack ideas, finishing with some inspirational goal setting to get you on track.

Meal Plan - Based around “clean eating”, moderate paleo & whole food-style - Your Meal Plan will give you two days example eating & Serves Booklet (6 pages) to allow for flexibility in food choices + mindful eating resource and healthy snacking/recovery snack resource & recipe ideas throughout the challenge.

Inbody - Body Composition Scan -  (Valued at $80) The InBody body composition analysers provide a detailed report outlining an your measurements in such things as but not limited to:  Total skeletal muscle mass, Total body fat in kilograms, Total body fat percentage, Visceral fat, Total body water, Segmental muscle and fat analysis, Bone mineral content, Basal metabolic rate.

Food Diary Review & Report - You will complete a 7 Day Food & Training Diary, your diary will then be reviewed by an Accredited Practising Dietitian on Week 1 by Life Star Nutrition. You will receive a 1-page report, with a minimum of 5 points of feedback or areas for improvement + 1 recipe, fact sheet or nutrition resource.

Additional Workouts - Results, that’s why we are here right? Well this time we have added something a little extra, you will have an additional 3 Workouts programmed into your week to get you fitter, stronger and see more results. Your workouts can be done at home or the box.

Before & After Photos - So you can see all your hard work over the 8 weeks and keep it as a reminder of what you can acheive.

Body Weight, Measurements & Body Fat - Week 1, Week 3, Week 6 & Week 8 to keep you accountable and on track between scans.

Facebook Group Page - For support, to share recipes, celebrate your successes and stay motivated throughout the challenge.

Accountability - We all know that sometimes we need to be accountable to someone else for what we have eaten, you won’t want to let us down and we know you want results - so this challenge is perfect as we are here to support you throughout the challenge and keep you accountable. 

Personal Training Sessions - Discounted Personal Training Sessions available with our Head Coach, Ben Siegert. (Available Weekends & In Open Gym Times)

How Do I Sign Up?

Put your name down on the sign up sheet at the box or email enquiries@crossfitmoretonbay.com. Payments for the challenge can be made at the box via cash, EFTPOS or credit card prior to the 8th Feb. Once you have paid we will send you through a 7 Day Food & Training Diary to complete for the next 7 days and then it will be forwarded to your dietician for review on Week 1. After its been reviewed on Week 1 we will send you back your 1 Page Report.

Food & Training Diary emailed on receipt of payment. On completion of your diary please email back to enquiries@crossfitmoretonbay.com by Wednesday February 10th.

Monday February 8th - 7:30pm - 90 Minute Nutrition & Wellbeing Seminar - You will receive your meal plan & food choices booklet on the night so you can get prepping ready for the following Monday.

Tuesday February 9th - 5pm to 7pm at CFMB - InBody - Body Composition Scans 

Saturday February 13th (Week 1) - Weight, Measurements & Body Fat

Monday February 15th - Challenge Begins - Bench Mark WOD  

Saturday February 27th (Week 3) - Weight, Measurements & Body Fat

Saturday March 12th (Week 5) - Weight, Measurements & Body Fat

Monday 11th April - Bench Mark WOD

Tuesday 12th April - (Week 8) InBody Scans, Weight, Measurements, & Body Fat

Wednesday 13th April - Before & After Photos Completed
