Tell us a little about yourself - what you do, family hobbies outside crossfit, nicknames etc
I work at Again Faster doing Warehousing.I live with my parents and 2 sisters and 2 nieces, hobbies surfing photography playing guitar.
How long have you been doing crossfit and why did you start?
I started crossfit 2 years ago. I've always had a interest in crossfit and after watching fittest on earth I decided to join and there was no going back.
Tell us what a general day in your life looks like.
The day in the life of Hanna, go to work 8:30- 5:00 after that I will go to training then bed.
What is the reason you want to coach people crossfit?
To make a difference in peoples lives and make them feel good about themselves.
Why do you think you will make a great coach?
what makes a good coach I think someone who is passionate about crossfit and eager to learn and will go out of there way to help them.
What is the best advice you have every recieved?
Best advice, to always look at everything positive way.
What would you say to anyone starting crossfit?
have fun don't be scared to ask quotation and to enjoy the class.
