How to do a Front Squat

  • Feet Shoulder width apart
  • Chest Up
  • Bar resting shoulders
  • Take a deep breath and engage core
  • Break at the knees
  • Push butt back and down, knees track over toes
  • Once crease of hip is below knee, drive straight up out of the bottom to finish in standing position
