Their Coach

I’m Brett Wardley - the owner and head coach at Crossfit Moreton bay. On top of being a level 2 Crossfit Coach, Personal Trainer, level 1 strength and conditioning coach, Weightlifting and gymnastics coach, I also manage and coach the QLD CrossFit Masters team.

I am also a level 1 Trainer (blue shirt) and first aid for junior NRL teams and you will see me every week running for my sons under 12 team at the Dolphins.

I am very passionate about improving the strength, fitness and mobility of our junior rugby players that are in their early teens. My goals are to teach them how to lift efficiently and safely and to improve their strength (and for some players their size) getting them ready for their next season. Secondary is to improve their Fitness and conditioning so they all have great engines going into next season.

This 3 session course will work on boys strength and fitness, teaching them how to lift safely and correctly, with movements that will benefit them on the footy field.
