Levels Calculator

We would like to introduce you to the CFMB18 Levels Calculator. The levels system will test your proficiency in each of the ten generally recognised components of physical fitness: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, strength, stamina, flexibility, coordination, agility,  balance, accuracy, power and speed. Achieving a balanced level of fitness in all categories will give you a solid foundation for any athletic endeavour.

How it works?

The CFMB18 Levels System is a set of 18 elements or tests to be completed by the individual.

The calculator will determine a level based on each test and then a overall level based on all 18 tests you will have completed. The calculator will show you if you are lacking in an area that is holding you back from progressing to the next level as well as highlight your strengths.

The calculator will give you a level from 1-9, however the level isn't the important part. It's the areas where you may have scored lower at. This will give you a clear direction to becoming a more well rounded athlete and get you started towards your ‘holistic’ approach to fitness.

This level systems is not intended to be the 'be all end all' of fitness, but a measuring stick to determine your strengths and weaknesses.

Use this levels system to motivate you to progress to the next level and increase your fitness overall.

WHAT THE LEVELS MEAN

Level 1 - You are likely a newer member or have not entered your CFMB18 Levels yet.
Level 2 - You are finding your way. You are developing a set of skills that will quickly advance over the next few months.
Level 3 - You have some solid skills & know your way around the core movements & lifts. You are now competent to attend open gym sessions
Level 4  - Your workouts will be a mixture of RXD and scaled. You are progressing well towards being a competitive athlete.
Level 5 - You are eligible for a spot on the the CrossFit Moreton Bay Team, training for CF Regionals & beyond.
Level 6 - You are highly athletic, strong, skilled & have great capacity.
Level 7 -  You would likely place well in higher level competition, hold a strong leading position in the CFMB team and be heading towards a top 30 Australian spot in the CF open.
Level 8 - You would likely qualify for the CrossFit Regionals.
Level 9 - You would likely qualify for the CrossFIt Games for Australia.
