2019 COACHES DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

  • Have you been Crossfitting for over 12 months and would like to be trained on how to coach people?

  • Would you like to have the opportunity to develop into a Crossfit coach?

  • Would you like to help people achieve their health and fitness goals?

  • Are you a fun loving, people person?

  • Do you want to become part of an awesome community?

If your still saying YES this COACH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM could be for you!

What do you get?

  • Full training over 4-6 weeks to complete our coaches development program

  • Free membership (and 24 hour access) once your course is completed

  • Opportunity to become a casual coach with 1-6 classes per week once finished.

  • An amazing community of awesome people

What does it involve?

  • Training with us for 4- 6 weeks to make sure you love the community and they love you.

  • 6 - 8 weeks to make your way through our coaches development plan ( approx 2-5 hours per week)

  • Availability to coach 1- 6 classes per week once course completed  (morning availability a must)

Prerequisites

  • 12 months of CrossFit training(or similar) OR have current cert 3 and 4 in fitness (both would be desirable)

  • Crossfit level 1 before you start coaching (do not need before starting course)

  • Weightlifting, gymnastics background desirable

  • First aid and CPR

  • Blue card

 

We take a maximum of 2 people to our coaches development course each year. You must only apply if you are willing to be an awesome team player, want to be part of an awesome community and have a genuine desire to help people get fit and healthy and change their lives with the methodology of CrossFit.
