About Kel Sanson
Kel is a former representative dragonboat paddler. He has paddled at Club, State, and National levels and was fortunate enough to represent Australia at the World Championships in Canada in 2015. He has captained Queensland and has raced as part of a joint Australian/Russian dragonboat team that competed in Indonesia also in 2015. Since then Kel has ventured into SUP racing (very amateur) and started Crossfit in January 2017 as a tool to try and deal with depression.
The concept 2 Rower
The Concept 2 rowing machine has been a constant presence throughout all his years paddling (as a cross training tool) and now in the Crossfit world. The C2 is an incredible piece of training equipment and is used all over the world. Kel is passionate about teaching athletes how to maximize their effectiveness on the C2. Whether it be for building a bigger engine for your Crossfit workouts or general fitness, everyone can benefit from the Learn to Row Workshop. With the Crossfit open fast approaching this workshop will be invaluable for everyone looking to improve their open times.
