HOW TO DO A PUSH JERK
- Feet hip width apart
- Hands start just out side of shoulders, elbows high enough to have bar racked on shoulders
- Deep breath and engage core
- Break at knees to make the dip and drive straight
- Knees should track over toes
- Short dip then drive to reach full extension of hips and knees to drive bar from shoulders
- Once full extension is achieved
