HOW TO DO A PUSH JERK

  • Feet hip width apart
  • Hands start just out side of shoulders, elbows high enough to have bar racked on shoulders
  • Deep breath and engage core
  • Break at knees to make the dip and drive straight
  • Knees should track over toes
  • Short dip then drive to reach full extension of hips and knees to drive bar from shoulders
  • Once full extension is achieved
