NEW TO CROSSFIT?

Change is often as scary as it is exciting, and the team at CrossFit Moreton Bay understand this. Regardless of your current level of fitness or past athletic experience, everyone is welcome and able to participate. CrossFit is designed to be scaled to each individual and work to their own fitness level. We can even work around injuries, by adapting the workout to you and your injury.   

For starters, CrossFit is about competing against yourself and not others. In fact, since the exercises are done in group workouts, you will be encouraged and helped to push your boundaries unlike anything you’ve previously seen in a gym. Even the person who finishes last gets a round of high-fives for pushing themselves as hard as they can. 

At CrossFit Moreton Bay we make sure you get the proper attention you need to get comfortable with CrossFit before you join the mainstream classes, our program is not like any other facility in our region. We highly recommend that you come and meet our coaches and talk to them about how we can help you achieve your goals. Your welcome to come and watch a class and see what you think, we are positive you will love the people, the environment and your coaches.

How Do I get Started?

  • What we offer & our membership

  • Your Goal Setting Plan

  • Current Nutrition & Nutrition Goals

  • Basic Mobility Testing & Fitness Testing

  • Book your next 3 sessions with your coach

Step 3.  
Love what you have heard from your coach and want to get started. Sign up tonight and choose the beginners course membership that suits you (Pay Upfront or Weekly Direct Debit/Couples Options). Your next 3 sessions will be booked today and your coach will follow you up before your next session. Once you finish your 3 sessions with your coach you will then revert to standard membership options. We care about keeping you at CrossFit Moreton Bay and not just signing you up another gym membership.
