Who are we?

Crossfit Moreton Bay started in May 2012 with only a handful of members and we have now grown into one of the leading Crossfit and Personal Training gyms in North Brisbane with over 120 clients. We are different to other facilities, we pride ourselves on personalised service, knowing every members name, their goals and giving our members the best client experience every day, a supportive, clean and friendly environment to train, the best equipment, systems and our experienced coaches who know how to look after you and help you start your fitness journey. Our beginners program for new clients is a exciting and rewarding experience for our clients that ensures results are seen immediately and overtime, you build a relationship with your coach and they understand what motivates you each day to turn up. We are focused on offering our clients the best start into CrossFit & Weightlifting by completing multiple one on one personal coaching sessions with our members prior to entering into mainstream classes. Our members are assigned their own coach for life.  We offer over 30+ group classes a week to our members focusing on improving fitness, strength and flexibility.

What really sets Crossfit Moreton Bay apart from other Crossfit gyms and fitness facilities is our unique community, experienced coaches and our levels programs. Our members are everyday people, from all walks of life, from teenagers through to retirees. The atmosphere in our ‘box’ is one of support and camaraderie, even the person who finishes last gets a round of high-fives for pushing themselves!

Our members come from all areas across North Brisbane from North Lakes, Deception Bay, Geebung, Sandgate & Boondall to Warner, Caboolture and Burpengary.

At CrossFit Moreton Bay we make sure you get the proper attention you need to get comfortable with CrossFit before you join the mainstream classes, our program is not like any other facility in our region. We highly recommend that you come and meet our coaches and talk to them about how we can help you achieve your goals. How Do I get Started? 

Step 1.

  • Your Goal Setting Plan

  • Current Nutrition & Nutrition Goals

  • Basic Mobility Testing & Fitness Testing

  • Book your next 3 sessions with your coach

Step 3.  
Love what you have heard from your coach and want to get started. Sign up today and choose the beginners course membership that suits you (Pay Upfront or Weekly Direct Debit/Couples Options Available). Your next 3 sessions will be booked tonight and your coach will follow you up before your next session. Once you finished your 3 sessions with your coach you will then revert to standard membership options. We see the value in one on one training and pride ourselves on looking after you not just signing you up to another gym membership.
